Track workout with Matt, Chris and Chad. Early start (4:30am) but it worked in our favor with the winds. 4 up, 2 down with a couple laps of strides.
2k, 1k, 400, 400, 200, 200 in 6:19, 3:00, :66, :65, :30, :28 with jogging rests from 2min to 45 sec.
I planned on doing 2 sets but my calf was acting up quite a bit after the shorter intervals so I called it. I felt really good otherwise. Matt looked great and did an extra 800 for good measure. It felt good to open up a little. I was surprised at how much speed I've lost over the years!
