TRACK WORKOUT
Met Reed at Lone Peak for some 800m fun. Plan was for 6x800m with 1 lap jogging recovery. 4m warm up, 2m cool down.
Splits: 2:20, 2:21, 2:22, 2:20
Legs felt heavy during the warm up. These were harder than I thought they'd be. Today was more about pace than volume so I resolved to do 4 and try and keep pace. It was tough!
