TRACK WORKOUT
Met Nate C and Reed at the AF highschool track. 3 warmup with a couple laps of straight aways. 2 mile cooldown.
5 x 2m intervals with 3 min. jogging recovery, 5:20 avg
- 5:16, 5:24
- 5:23, 5:15
- 5:21, 5:18
- 5:20, 5:19
- 5:20, 5:20
This was Nates idea. The 5:15s were all his fault. He looked great today. I felt ok but tired, they got easier as the workout progressed, I almost threw in the towel after #2; I'm glad I didn't.
