WORKOUT

Met the group at the Jordan River Trail. Planned on 3x2m. 3 up, 3 down.

2m - 10:30 (5:16,5:14), .25 jog
2m - 10:39 (5:20, 5:19) , .25 jog
1m - 5:24

There was a small hill at the end of the last mile and it pretty much shut me down so I ended early. Felt ok, not great though. It was cold.

Nice workouts recently Mike. You got anything coming up? You seem like you are about to destroy any 5K/10K turkey trots :-)

Thanks Jake. Nothing serious planned. I'm going to run a turkey race, not sure which yet.

Your CIM buildup is looking great!

I agree with Jake in that you're ready to roll race wise. Great work Mike!
