Met Scott and Reed for an easy run on the Murdock trail. It was painful to turn back half way out...

You may want to have your ferritin level checked if the fatigue keeps up just to rule it out. I'm no expert but it seems strange that you have been so solid and then this comes on so suddenly.

Smart to rest too. Hope you feel better.

Sorry to hear you are feeling lousy Mike. Maybe a little downtime will be all it takes. Like Brandon said, iron deficiency is far too often the culprit when these things happen. Might be worth getting checked. You didn't give blood recently, right?

Good call on the blood work, I had low ferritin problems high school. I'll go get that tested.

I haven't given blood.

Thanks for the tips. Hopefully with a little rest I'll bounce back in time.
